Pacific Surfacing, Inc. is a full service asphalt maintenance and striping company. We are locally owned and operated, and have been serving our neighbors and friends in the Portland Vancouver metro area since 2019.

Charles G. Hicks, P.E.
Chuck has deep roots in Oregon and has been an active member of the Portland construction market since 1996. He has nearly 30 years experience in management of asphalt production, paving roads and highways, parking lots, industrial yards, foot and bike paths, light rail and streetcar tracks. He also has experience in design and construction of bridges in Oregon and Washington.
